マラウイ事務所は2人の日本人職員、4人のマラウイ人職員が勤務しています。

Currently, under ISAPH, I am working as a senior field coordinator. I supervision activities in the field to change behaviours on poor feeding styles of children below 5 years.
5年後のキャリアプラン

In five years, I want to finish my bachelor's degree and engage myself in more challenging careers in passing technologies on agriculture to community people.

現在の事業担当

I am currently working with ISAPH Malawi as a field coordinator. My job description is as follows::
- Planning,monitoring and evaluating project activities.
- Supervising and managing field staff.
- Collecting under five years children.
- Anthropometric data at growth monitoring sessions.
- Conducting Home Visits to malnourished children.
- Supervising care groups, community gardens and poultry.
- Attending and briefing meetings on project activities with stakeholders like care group structure committees.
- Initiating ,organizing and supervision of cookery demostration sessions at Care Group level and Cluster level.
- Reporting to senior staff verbally and with written reports among others.
- Coordinating with frontline workers and conducting any assigned work by my seniors.

My career goal in five years plan is to earn a childcare qualification certificate to become more competent in my present job.

- Facilitate some health-related sessions
- Monitor and evaluate project activities
- Facilitate identification of community mentors, cluster leaders and formation of CLAN.
- Manage field staff which includes monthly planning, site supervision and receiving daily reports
- Conducting capacity building in livestock and related agricultural areas to create opportunities for rural poor communities to reduce food insecurity.

I want to upgrade my professional qualifications that are if ISAPH can offer me a scholarship so that I work effectively.
